Affordable and Delicious Japanese Cuisine.

Recently, I tried a restaurant offering a variety of Japanese dishes during lunch hours. The options are diverse, ranging from set meals to skewers and sushi rolls, giving you the feeling of being in a Japanese izakaya. Sushi Set Meal $88. The sushi set meal is one of the best value choices for lunch, including a variety of fresh sushi in just the right portion. The sushi rice is distinct and has a light vinegar aroma, while the toppings are very exquisite, featuring common choices like tuna, salmon, and sweet shrimp. The set also includes steamed egg, soup, and a drink, making it a very affordable and rich sushi meal at this price. Additionally, I ordered some sushi and rolls à la carte. The scallop sushi was fresh and sweet. The seared flounder sushi was rich in fish oil. The seven-spice soft shell crab roll was crispy and flavorful. Saikyo Grilled Silver Cod. The silver cod was marinated in Saikyo miso, grilled to a slightly charred exterior while the inside remained tender and delicate. Sea Urchin and Crab Chawanmushi. The chawanmushi was smooth, and the aroma of the sea urchin elevated the overall flavor. For skewers, I chose a few options. The beef tongue skewer was of moderate thickness and perfectly grilled. The enoki mushroom and beef skewer was very crunchy. The chicken wing skewer had a crispy exterior. Fried Squid Tentacles. The squid tentacles were crispy and not greasy, with a rich umami flavor.
