The portion is generous, the egg is fragrant, and the creamy white cheese sauce is rich and flavorful, reminiscent of the first snowfall. The presentation is top-notch and it comes with a thick hamburger patty. The Miso Cream Eggplant Bacon Pasta has a hint of Japanese cuisine with its miso seasoning. The creamy sauce is rich, the eggplant is tender, and combined with the bacon pasta, it creates a unique taste! The Baked Miso Cream King Oyster Mushroom is tender and smooth, with a slight sweetness, making it very refreshing and delicious! The Rich Sake Steamed Double Shell Pot arrives at the table steaming hot, with a slight sake flavor. The clams are very fresh and tasty, and the mussels are chewy and fragrant. Paired with crispy herb fries, it's fantastic! The Chocolate Coffee is rich and smooth. The Winter Sweet Chestnut Coffee is highly recommended! The sweet chestnut flavor combined with the rich coffee creates a unique taste! For dessert, we chose the Chestnut Pudding Kissaten Box, which completely overturns the conservative image of desserts! The presentation and arrangement are thoughtful, the pudding is smooth, the cake is soft, the chestnut paste is sweet, and even the leaves are specially made crispy pieces.
