Japanese Omurice Restaurant

I believe many Hong Kong people like to go to Japanese tea shops to have a cup of coffee, chat and relax with friends. Many coffee shops in Japan are of very high standards, with good service, comfortable environment and high-quality food, but unfortunately I found that the quality varies greatly in Hong Kong. I still remember that there was a long queue when this tea shop first opened, but I didn’t have the patience to make the pilgrimage at that time. But a few months ago, I made a farewell party with a friend who was about to immigrate, and we went to the World Trade Center branch in Causeway Bay. The experience that time was that the food was okay, the check-in was first-rate, but the service attitude was substandard. I thought it was just a problem with individual employees, so I went to the Tai Po branch again yesterday. This time I went with my elderly family and hoped to sit more comfortably. Other coffee shops generally have hard seats and cramped spaces. Unexpectedly, the problem encountered was the same. In fact, for a restaurant with such beautiful decoration, why doesn’t the management properly monitor and train the employees’ service attitude? The presentation of the food is quite attractive, but a perfect restaurant should definitely have guaranteed service, environment, food, hygiene and price. Otherwise, I am convinced that customers will be lost. 🌟Japanese style red wine stewed beef noodle omelette rice $148 (7.5/10) The beef noodles are tender enough, but I think it can be cut into smaller pieces to make it more attractive in appearance. In addition, the eggs are smooth, but they are a bit inferior to Japanese food. 🌟Dangdang Golden Fried Chicken $88 (7/10) The actual fried chicken is different from the official picture. The fried chicken in the picture on the official website is fried to a golden brown and very crispy, but the actual one is dark brown. Although the food does not have any burnt taste, its appearance has been greatly compromised. (Also, I forgot to add the fish roe at first🫣) 🌟Snowman Pudding and Milk Daifu Sheng $68 (8.8/10) This one is already the best one because the snowman shape is so cute. The snowman is made of strawberry, daifuku and pudding. The pudding is smooth and the daifuku is tasty. It would be better if there were a few larger strawberries. Overall, I was quite disappointed. I thought that a popular restaurant with a long queue must be good, but I am sure there are better options.
