Celebrating our anniversary here, my partner praised me for my thoughtfulness 🥰 The fine dining environment and exquisite dishes pleasantly surprised us! Deluxe Sashimi Platter The deluxe sashimi platter includes scallops, red shrimp, toro, deep-sea fish, and sea bream. Each type of sashimi was very fresh, cold, and full of seafood flavor. The scallops were especially tender and smooth, pairing perfectly with soy sauce and wasabi. The large toro had evenly distributed fat, melting in the mouth and was truly impressive! Snow Crab and Shrimp Tempura Roll The roll was filled with delicious snow crab meat and crispy tempura shrimp, offering a distinct and savory texture. Shabu Shabu with Miyazaki Pork We loved this pork dish. The meat was delicate and tender, needing only about ten seconds in the hot broth before it was ready to eat. The pork was chewy with a rich flavor, perfectly complementing the light broth. We also ordered minced chicken cartilage, chicken wings, and chawanmushi as snacks, all freshly made and served hot!
