Dark Romantic and Stylish Restaurant

Tonight, I went to a very stylish restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui with a friend. The interior decoration is very unique, with a dark and romantic atmosphere. The bar counter faces a large bookshelf, and behind the bookshelf, there is a private room with high privacy. My friend chose the [Slow-cooked New Zealand Lamb Rack $258], which includes four thick lamb racks, served with fresh salad, mashed potatoes, and other side dishes. The lamb rack is seared to a crispy exterior, and when cut open, the meat inside is tender and juicy. Paired with the special lamb sauce, the taste is even better. The [Black Truffle Wild Mushroom Cream Fettuccine $168] brings out a rich truffle flavor. The pasta is cooked just right, with a creamy and chewy texture. There is also a generous amount of wild mushrooms, and the pasta is well-coated with sauce, making it incredibly delicious. For dessert, we chose the [Homemade Sweet Potato Caramel Custard $78]. The bottom layer is filled with soft sweet potato puree, topped with smooth caramel custard. The sweetness is just right, and one portion is enough for two people. The mocktail [Grassy Flash $98] includes Lemon Grass, Jasmine, and Lime, offering a refreshing and palate-cleansing taste with a hint of grassy aroma, balancing the richness of the main courses.
