Traditional Indian Cuisine

There aren't many places in Hong Kong where you can enjoy authentic Indian food. Today, I went with friends to an Indian restaurant located in Wan Chai. This restaurant has been open since 1985, almost 40 years now, and is run by Indians, offering a range of traditional Indian dishes. First, we were served a crispy bread. It was very crispy and flavorful. The two sauces were a minty green sauce and a spicy red sauce, both very appetizing! 🦐 Spicy Garlic Fried Shrimp There were four large fresh shrimps, deep-fried to give a crispy texture on the outside, paired with a generous amount of spicy garlic, making it both flavorful and appetizing. 🌶️ Homemade Chili Sauce Chicken For those who love spicy food, you should try this dish. It's a challenge to your taste buds, really spicy 🌶️~ and very exciting‼️ 🐟 Goan Curry Fish Since Goan cuisine uses ingredients similar to Southeast Asian cuisine, its texture and flavor are quite acceptable. It's perfect when paired with flatbread. Layered Puff Pastry Flatbread The layers are very distinct, and the folded layers are crispy and soft with a rich buttery flavor. 🥭 Mango Sorbet The mango flavor is rich and mixed with crushed pistachios, offering a very rich texture.
