Mihara: Japanese Teppanyaki with ingredients shipped directly from Japan

Headed by Mr. Mitsufumi Mihara, former chef of the Japanese Consulate in the United States, he meticulously selects premium ingredients sourced directly from Japan and showcases his exceptional cooking techniques to create exceptional Japanese cuisine. A delightful seasonal salad with a sweet and sour mango sauce kicks off the feast. Next up is the specially steamed chawanmushi, featuring crab meat and roe, for a smooth and sweet taste. Next up is the teppanyaki Hokkaido scallop, pan-fried to a golden brown with a unique cornmeal coating, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior. The pan-fried cod is also a delight, with the skin perfectly crispy while the flesh remains juicy and tender. My main course was the A4 Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki. The meat was tender, medium, and melt-in-your-mouth, complemented by the sukiyaki sauce and egg glaze, which further enhanced its tenderness.
