A surprise visit to Moomin Restaurant

After work on Friday, I made an appointment with my colleagues to have dinner. We chose the newly opened Taiwanese food restaurant in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui. When we arrived at the door, it was full of people and we had to wait in a line of 36 numbers before our turn, which discouraged us. Then we went to the next door Moomin cafe. It was around 6:00 and there weren’t too many people there. A customer had just paid the bill at the window. We were so lucky! I've always known about Moomin Cafe, but never thought I'd go there. I was pleasantly surprised when I went there for the first time. It turns out that you can enjoy the view of Victoria Harbour from the window seat. I ordered pasta, a hamburger, and a drink. The food tasted just average, but the presentation was good enough. Since it is a theme restaurant, Moomin is the protagonist of the whole restaurant. The restaurant is full of Moomins and their friends. Sitting among them, I feel like I’m alive! If you want to calm down and enjoy the scenery of Hong Kong, Moomin cafe is a good place and it’s not expensive.
