The most popular country park in Sai Kung

Sai Kung's Clear Water Bay Country Park is about a 30-minute walk from a bus or minibus stop, though driving is most convenient, as parking is limited. The park boasts stunning sea views and a lush green lawn with a refreshing breeze. It's a great place for kite flying, barbecues, and dog walking. The scenery is pleasant, and the amenities are good, including a barbecue area and a snack shop. Climbing to the Tai Hang Dun Observation Deck offers a 270-degree panoramic sea view. The winds are usually stronger at higher altitudes, making it ideal for kite flying, making it easy for even beginners to fly their kites high. It's also a popular spot for stargazing, especially during peak meteor showers. A signposted path leads to the parking lot on the left side of the country park entrance. After about 30 minutes of climbing up hundreds of stone steps, you'll see Bu Toi O and Clear Water Bay Beach. After about 15 minutes, you'll reach the elevation column and the Tai Hang Dun Observation Deck.
