Causeway Bay is overflowing with delicious food, and the Korean izakaya SULJIB in Time Square stands out. The wood-themed, spacious décor creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the menu is diverse, featuring every imaginable Korean dish. Tonight, we had a Deluxe set. The waiter said it was for two, but even three of us were completely stuffed. An izakaya is a must-try, so we ordered two cocktails: the Snowing Night and See You, both fruity and easy to drink. There's also a wide selection of Korean liquor, soju, beer, and rice wine, so there's a wide selection. After a round of "required" Korean appetizers and kimchi, we started with the Soy Sauce Platter. The savory flavors of red shrimp, abalone, and scallops complemented the savory soy sauce, making it a delightful feast. Main course: the SULJIB Braised Beef Short Ribs. The tender texture and rich flavor of the meat exuded a genuine flavor. [Sizzling Octopus] Spicy and fragrant, absolutely delicious. [Jiujiezan Pork Belly and Pork Knuckle] Stuff pork belly or pork knuckle with lettuce and pair with different sides for a variety of flavors. I even added a little shrimp sauce for a unique twist. [Half-and-half Pancake] It might seem dry, but it's loaded with seafood, leaving you with a mouthful of fresh seafood flavor. [Seoul Beef Pot] The pot is filled with beef, flanked by mushrooms like enoki mushrooms. The portion is generous, and the beef is tender and smooth—a treat for beef lovers. Finally, I had my main course, [Spicy Seafood Rice Roll]—and I was completely stuffed!
