"Hong Kong" - Chinese Package Experience at Sea Dragon King Restaurant underwater

This time I came to Ocean Park to try the delicious Chinese restaurant - "Sea Dragon King Restaurant". There may be more crowds on weekends, so you can book online first. Downstairs is the aquarium, although not very clear, but the environment and lighting decorations are a bit of an ocean atmosphere. We ordered 3 lunch Chinese sets, the dishes were served one by one. The appetizer was Fish Maw with Morel and Minced Chicken Soup. The main courses were Wok-fried Seabass Fillet with Shallot in First Draw Soy Sauce and Stir-fried Shrimp and Mixed Mushrooms with Black Truffle Sauce. French/British South Georgia herring and Chinese shrimp were selected. The taste was very good, the fish fillet was boneless, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, full of mouthfeel. The vegetables are Poached Seasonal Vegetables with Conpoy in Supreme Broth, which is selected from Chinese dried shrimps. Also do not know why it would be served with dessert, the timing is a bit strange. Desserts were a seasonal fresh fruit plate and Cinnamon and Apple Parfaits. The taste is okay, more Western, belonging to the sweeter kind.
