🦞 Great satisfaction! Five-star hotel 𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡

I've been to 🇭🇰Central𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐲 for afternoon tea many times (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎), the quality is quite good and it's one of my preferred hotels for afternoon tea. Recently I found out that the hotel has launched a brand new 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡😍, with generous portions and premium ingredients, so I asked my friends to try it!! ☆ 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥 & 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡🍽️$𝟓𝟗𝟖/person ▽ 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 A very rich seafood platter, including oysters, crab legs, prawns, crayfish, clams, beef tartar, smoked salmon, so many varieties!! The seafood is fresh and sweet, especially the crab legs and mussels~ ▽ 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐞𝐫、𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢、𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐤 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞 Each person 𝟑 chose 𝟏, we chose clam crab soup and lobster ink spaghetti 🍝. The chowder soup is rich and thick, with a rich flavor. The pasta is chewy and even more fresh and sweet with lobster and crab roe. ▽ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 The platter is equally rich😍, with baked black truffle Boston lobster🦞, crab cakes🦀, bacon beef cheddar cheese burgers🍔, American steak🥩 and more. The lobster is covered with large slices of cheese, which is very salty and fragrant. The crab cakes have shredded crab meat and are quite filling. The burgers are good too, the patties are thick and juicy. ▽ 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 There are two desserts, chocolate brownie 🍫 and cranberry cheesecake 🍰. The brownie chocolate flavor is so rich, and it tastes even better with the smooth vanilla ice cream.
