𓀚 No need to fly to Japan! Visit Hakuba, a new ski resort, in one second

#Sign up for April Hotel Test Sleeper 𓄢 𓄢 𓄢 Lounge Hakuba in Causeway Bay is inspired by the mountaineering and skiing resort of Hakuba, and the restaurant is designed like a cabin on a snowy mountain. The nostalgic Japanese posters and ski equipment on the walls, coupled with soft lighting and moody music, make this a very cozy izakaya. We ordered the appetizer for two (11 dishes). I highly recommend ordering the cocktails here! The owner is very attentive and uses kimono as an element. Each of the eight Signature Cocktails has a corresponding kimono style and name. Friends who have difficulty making decisions can also use the boxes prepared by the store to roll the dice and make choices, which is fun and ceremonial. 𓇷Appetizer: Spicy mustard octopus + grilled Hokkaido scallop + grilled salmon All the seafood was very fresh and shiny. There were three appetizers alone, which was a pleasant surprise! 𓇷Tai Juan: Sukiyaki beef + avocado cream cheese There are two flavors of Taiyumaki, four pieces each, which is very filling. Personally, I prefer the sukiyaki beef, the gravy is rich and tasty. 𓇷Exquisite cuisine: Deep-fried tofu + honey grapefruit chicken wings The fried tofu is tender and smooth on the inside, and crispy and fragrant on the outside without being dry and hard. The honey pomelo chicken wings are sweet, sour, fragrant and crispy. You can eat them one bite after another and they are quickly finished. 𓇷Skewer: Basil chicken thigh + Mentaiko yam + Enoki mushroom beef roll + Soft-boiled egg pork roll The skewers here are outstanding! Especially the sweet and fragrant Mentaiko yam and the tender and juicy basil chicken thighs! 𓇷Main dish: Eel fried rice We ordered eel fried rice as the main course. The eels were very large and meaty. Paired with fried rice, it's very filling. Friends who don’t like rice can choose Sukiyaki beef tenderloin fried udon as the main course. 𓇷Dessert: Taiyaki with Custard I highly recommend the custard taiyaki! It is crispy on the outside and warm on the inside, and is topped with ingredients such as matcha ice cream and bracken cake, which is very rich. This restaurant does have the atmosphere of a Japanese izakaya, and the dishes are rich and diverse. The set meal for two allows you to try different types of food at once, which is worth visiting again. 𓄢 𓄢 📍Shop 302, 3/F, Tower 535, 535 Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay #EasterLongHoliday #WeekendTrip #foodphotography #FoodGuide #Izakaya #CausewayBayFood
