On working days, I am in a hurry to go to work 💼 and have no time to enjoy breakfast. I usually sit at my seat and eat while working. During the long Easter holiday, I didn't travel abroad, but I wanted to relax, so I went to this Vietnamese 🇻🇳Thai 🇹🇭 restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui East for breakfast. The restaurant is semi-open, decorated in a Southeast Asian style with bright colors. It has a retro American-style ceiling fan and retro rattan chairs🪑. Sitting in the restaurant and slowly enjoying breakfast, it feels like going on vacation in Southeast Asian countries. We both ordered a breakfast. The price was not expensive, just a little higher than the price in a tea restaurant, but the environment was much more comfortable, so it felt like a good value! The Vietnamese rice noodle soup base is light but has different layers. The rice noodles are made from smaller Vietnamese rice noodles. As the soup base is lighter, it is easier to taste the original flavor of the meat and homemade meatballs. There are 2 fried eggs at the bottom of the Thai meat feast hot pot, topped with sausage, seasoned minced meat, shredded ham, chopped green onions and pepper. There are also 2 slices of toast baked to a golden brown color. Personally, I think this breakfast is like the Thai version of English breakfast 😆 a very special breakfast. Each breakfast comes with a meal. We ordered lemonade and coffee respectively. 2 drinks is normal.
