Successfully checked into the Dorsett Hotel booked at the BUG price in Hong Kong. The hotel lobby is quite impressive, and the lights near the elevator are pretty. They even change colors. It seems that I was given a corner room, which should be more than the 18 square meters mentioned in the description. It feels like it's over 20 square meters. However, the wooden furniture is slightly outdated. The bathroom is also quite large, and the cleanliness is not bad. The view from the room window is of office buildings, which are still brightly lit at night. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the Kwun Tong MTR station. Although Kwun Tong is an industrial area, it is quite well-developed, with many cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel. I didn't expect the hotel to have a swimming pool, although it's small and just for taking photos. But it's closed for the winter season until April 30. The gym is open as usual, but it's also quite small with not many pieces of equipment. The room was booked at a small BUG price of less than 300, including breakfast for two, which is quite a good deal. Their breakfast starts at 7:30, which is a bit late.
