The walls are covered with green plants, which makes people feel very comfortable😌🪴 The design of the super high ceiling and giant floor-to-ceiling glass windows makes the space more spacious. GREEN serves a "Surf and Turf" dinner set menu with unlimited drinks during dinner time. There are also different themes every day. As a wine lover, I definitely have to try it! 😍 Came here on Tuesday night, the menu of the day was a four-course dinner of "French foie gras and abalone", priced at HKD578🤍 ❤️Appetizer: Global Seafood Tower (Boston lobster, Canadian snow crab legs, sake abalone, South China Sea shrimp, French conch) 💛Soup: Black Truffle and Wild Mushroom Cream Soup 🤎Main dish: Eight-head sake fresh abalone with Argentinian grass-fed sirloin steak 🧡Dessert: Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream It also includes unlimited drinking of designated sparkling wine, red and white wine, sake and specialty cocktails! 🤩 There are many dishes to choose from for starters and main courses. The overall food quality is good, and the main course is the most surprising! ☺️ The eight-head sake fresh abalone has a tender and chewy texture, and tastes fresh and delicious 🤤 The Argentinian grass-fed sirloin steak is tender and juicy, not too tough, and the black truffle red wine sauce adds a layered feel~😋 It's really a good deal to be able to have a 4-course dinner and unlimited alcoholic drinks in a 5-star hotel for this price! 😍 And the restaurant has no time limit. We sat from 6pm to 10:30pm, eating and drinking for 4 and a half hours 🫣.
