Eat in Kwun Tong. The Hunt Coffee & Roastery． Must-try signature Tiramisu

#Wofuandshrimpcakes After shopping in Kwun Tong, I suddenly wanted to eat Western food, so I went to The Hunt Coffee & Roastery, where I had had coffee before at Wof. The blue restaurant on Hung To Road is The Hunt Coffee & Roastery, which is very easy to spot. The restaurant has a high ceiling and a full sense of space. The food is divided into four major categories, with many choices. When the Grilled US Baby Back Ribs ($168) were served, Waffle couldn’t help but say, “They smell so good!” The staff agreed. The pork ribs are not roasted too dry and are marinated with Korean hot sauce, which makes them slightly spicy. Freshly fried sweet potato fries are especially delicious, and paired with lemon cheese, they are refreshing and less greasy. The US Prime Rib Eye ($258) comes with roasted garlic, fries and house sauce, and looks appealing. The rib-eye steak was cooked to medium rare, with rich juice, a top-notch dish. The fries were fresh, hot, crispy and delicious just like the sweet potato fries. The most anticipated Hunt Signature Tiramisu ($78) is here. #Tiramisu is not too sweet or wet, and the chocolate puff pastry crumbs make the taste richer, worthy of being a signature dish. As for drinks, Waffles' Grapefruit Jade Tea ($52) is served in a pot, with a large portion and good value. The tea has a rich fruity aroma, sour and sweet, and is very appetizing. I wanted to drink coffee so I ordered Mocha (10oz $52). It smelled delicious as soon as it was served, and the ratio of coffee and chocolate was well controlled.
