M+ top floor sea view high-end Chinese restaurant 🥢

CVIEW Hua is a high-end Chinese restaurant located on the entire top floor of M+ in the West Kowloon Cultural District. It specializes in Suzhou, Zhejiang and Shanghai cuisine and has won the "Best Restaurant Interior Design Award" in the Vogue Living Design Awards 2023. After pushing the door open and walking through the long corridor, you will find that the dining areas on both sides have their own unique landscapes! 😍🌃🌊🌟 In the dining area, there are dynamic ink painting projections both indoors and outdoors, and you can also see the night view of West Kowloon🌃. The dining area on the other side offers a panoramic view of the Victoria Harbour🌊! 🖼️ The restaurant design was jointly designed by Chan You-kin (a famous Hong Kong designer and chief brand consultant) and Xu Nuo (interior designer). It uses modern black lines with moon doors and screens to express the elegant style of Chinese courtyards in a modern and fashionable way. 💡 The lighting design was done by Kwan Wing-kuen (a famous lighting designer known as one of the best lighting designers in the world). 🍱 The dishes are prepared by Xu Yiming (a chef who once led his team to win a Michelin star).
