Every now and then I want to eat curry, especially with Indian toast, the first thing I thought of Tsim Sha Tsui Gaylord, the restaurant has been twice Michelin recommended, has more than fifty years of history, elegant environment full of exotic style, and outdoor open-air space very chill Of course I have to have a drink when I see a bartender in a restaurant! Ordered two cocktails to enjoy 🥂 The served pre-meal snack pepper crackers with vanilla mint sauce are refreshing and appetizing. Ordered charcoal grilled mackerel, charcoal grilled chicken fillet, each marinated with different Indian spices and grilled over charcoal fire, served fragrant and juice. Fried shrimp with onion and red tomato in a pan, the taste is sweet and sour, and the shrimp meat is very sweet and refreshing. The shopkeeper recommended the must-try truffle cream curry chicken fillet. Actually, we are not too good about truffles, but when we saw that every table had them, we tried it. It was really amazing! I didn't expect the taste to match!
