𓆃 𓆃 The famous standing sushi restaurant "Uogashi Nihonichi" has 29 branches in Japan. Its first overseas branch is located in Hong Kong, at AIRSIDE in Kai Tak. It mainly features Japanese seasonal sushi, special rice bowls and chef-created dishes. We carefully select fresh ingredients to bring our customers the fresh taste directly from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo. 𓆛 Grilled Sushi Set The sushi set includes right-mouthed fish, scallop, toro and pond fish. What I appreciate most is the firm and refreshing pond fish, and the plump and delicious scallops! When serving the dishes, the chef smiled and carefully explained each ingredient, being friendly and attentive. 𓆛 Three-flavor tuna bowl The three flavors of tuna are large tuna, medium tuna and red tuna.
