Tian Tian Hainan Chicken is a restaurant from Singapore. It has 3 branches in Hong Kong. This time I went to the Causeway Bay branch. The seats were very comfortable and the food was served quickly. ▫️ Rosemary Flamed Black Gold Barbecued Pork ($109) When serving this dish, the waiter will light the fire. The flame effect is very eye-catching. The fire will surround the barbecued pork. The taste is amazing. The barbecued pork is half fat and half lean pork belly. The sauce is rich and has a hint of rose wine. ▪️Black Pepper Prawns ($189) There are 6 large prawns. Cut the prawns lightly before frying to make it easier for the prawns to be coated with the sauce. The sauce has a strong black pepper flavor and is super tasty! The meat was a little less tender. Fortunately, the three sauces were very delicious.
