BluHouse, the popular Italian restaurant in Rosewood Hong Kong

BluHouse is located in the G/F of Rosewood Hong Kong. You can also reach the restaurant from K11 Musea~😉 It was difficult to book a table at BluHouse when it first opened, but now I can get one 1-2 weeks in advance. I can finally try this popular restaurant🥳 My friend celebrated my birthday that night and booked a window seat online in advance🤍 BluHouse takes a more casual approach, the atmosphere is great, and it feels lively~☺️ (but it can be a little noisy😅) The staff was also very friendly and introduced the menu to us in detail👍🏻 🐙Polpo E Olive I thought there would be salad, but the whole plate was full of octopus and olives🤣 The portion was huge, the octopus was refreshing and chewy, and the taste was a bit fresh😋 🍕Guanciale Because I didn’t want to eat pizza with tomatoes, the staff recommended this pizza with mushrooms, pork neck and caramelized onions😍 Although I don’t really like pizza, I actually thought this was the best pizza of the night~ 😋 It’s super delicious, and the ingredients are very well matched.
