Hong Kong Places to Visit - Ocean Park. Water Park

I have always wanted to go to this water park. This time I took advantage of the tail end of the summer vacation and finally had fun on Sunday, August 27th. Experience of amusement facilities: Even if you don’t buy an express pass, the longest waiting time for the most exciting games is about 30 to 40 minutes. The ones we queued for the longest time were Surfing Pioneer and the Sharp Twin Ladder. But there are also many facilities where you don't have to queue or the waiting time is very short. We entered the venue at 10 o'clock that day, and basically before 11 o'clock, most of the facilities did not take much time to queue up. (Note: The park's opening hours are not fixed, sometimes it starts at 11 o'clock. Before going to the park, remember to check the park's opening hours.) The rapids whirlpool and the towering waterfall are also multi-player activities. We started playing very early that day, so we didn’t spend too much time queuing. Personally, I think the most fun thing is the rafting exploration. Sitting on the water bubbles and drifting all the time, many people close their eyes and relax, it is very cool. My nephew played it six times🤣! You don’t have to queue for this, you can just find the bubbles at the entrance and start playing; there are also many people who don’t use bubbles, they just swim or float with the water. There were people making artificial waves in Tianhai Bay, which seemed like no big deal from a distance, but I almost fainted when I sat on the bubbles. I couldn't play it anymore after playing it once, I felt seasick. My nephew played it three times (so it depends on the person). There is a large LED screen and dynamic music in the venue, and the atmosphere is very good. For those who don't go in the water, there are plenty of chairs to rest comfortably. There is also a rest area outdoors with beautiful views. It is a good place to have a meal (unfortunately I only discovered this after I had finished lunch). Many of the rides here are very exciting and fun, but not everyone is brave enough to play them. For example, I can’t play on the upright slide at the Brave’s Peak. Meals: A set meal costs about $80-120 per person. I tried two that day: Fast food and Bay Shore Snacks. I played a lot of exciting facilities in the morning and felt a little dizzy. I just ate some French fries, two chicken wings and a cup of ice cream. The family had the chicken, burgers and fish and chips and they said they were delicious. We had afternoon tea at Baiweidong, where there were many other options, such as pasta, rice, and udon. Food quality is OK. I won’t share the other two dining options as I haven’t tried them. Changing room: Don't worry about queuing, there are plenty of places to wash and change clothes. If I had to mention the bad aspects, there are two that come to mind. The ticket prices are too aggressive. During the summer vacation, the full price for adults is $698, and including lockers, parking, and meals, it is already over a thousand dollars. It is recommended to drive here and leave your things in the car to save the cost of renting a locker (one ticket can enter and exit the park unlimited times on the same day. We only left the park once before leaving, and took the clothes in the car back to the locker room to wash). Also, if the staff can give guests some smiles, the overall experience will be better. It is not a problem to play in this park for a whole day. Because I didn't have good physical strength, I felt dizzy and had to rest for a long time, so in the end I only played half of the facilities. If there are discount coupons next year, I would like to come again. This fall, from September to October, weekday adult tickets are $328, so you may want to consider it. #Sign up for a cruise test seat #WeekendTrip #Waterpark #OceanPark #Hongkong #Catch the tail of summer #waterworld #香港打卡 #香港好去地方 #家庭好去地方 #Watersports #WeekendTrip
