Michelin Western Restaurant at Science Park

I went to Science Park to find food and chose a western restaurant. For dinner, there are packages at various price points, from $178 to $498, all including starter, main course and coffee/tea. Appetizers smoked salmon and avocado salad and Parma ham and cantaloupe salad. Smoked salmon goes well with avocado and tastes fresh. The combination of Parma ham and cantaloupe, with savory ham and refreshing cantaloupe, is appetizing together. For the main course I chose a plate of black truffle wild mushroom spaghetti and a 63 degree poached egg. The pasta is cooked just right and has a bouncy texture. The aroma of black truffles and wild mushrooms is strong. The hot spring egg is cooked just right, the egg yolk is melted, and it is delicious to eat with the pasta. Also fragrant grilled Australian broiler steak and french fries. The steak is fried just right. The fries are fried to a golden brown and crispy, which goes well with the steak. Finally, I tried a Opera cake for dessert. The cake has distinct layers, each layer has a different taste. The flavors of chocolate and coffee are rich and fragrant, quite good. Apart from the dishes, the service in the restaurant is very good.
