I went to this high-quality Teppanyaki restaurant in Causeway Bay with 🐗. We chose the "Ben" set, which includes 11 courses, for only $588 per person, which is super cheap. Each dish is beautifully presented and exquisite, and the quality of the food is very good, not just the appearance, very tasty! I love the seafood dishes, especially the sweet bass, which is cooked using the “standing scale roast” method and is drizzled with carrot fish broth at the end, the skin is crispy, like chips, but the fish remains juicy and tender. There are two ways to make beef, one thickly cut and one thinly grilled. My favorite is the thick-cut SRF beef with garlic crisps. Thinly grilled Angus beef was wrapped in spring onions and chopped onions for a different flavor but also delicious. Highly recommended for friends who like to watch + eat Teppanyaki.
