#visithongkong Step into a piece of Hong Kong history at the Tai Wo Tang Cafe ☕️ Housed in an 80+ year old revitalised building that was once home to a traditional Chinese medicine clinic, this cute spot offers a glimpse into the city’s past. From the vintage storefront to original floor-to-ceiling apothecary draws and vintage decor, every corner of the cafe tells a story. But it’s not just the ambiance that drew me in - the menu is a moreish combination of western classics with a Cantonese twist! What I Ate: ☕️ Tai Wo Tang Latte (infused with a hint of Earl Grey) 🧇 Chicken & Egg (the egg being HK’s classic egg waffle!) 🦐 Red Prawn Rosoliorosoglio (had a nice kick of spice!) 🍞 French Toast What would you bite into first? 😋
