There are 12 pieces in one serving, including 2 pieces each of salmon, octopus, mullet, squid, clams, and hamachi sushi. The sushi used Japanese rice and it didn't fall apart. Sushi is about $16 per piece, which is not too expensive. In addition to sushi, we also ordered a small amount of skewers. My favorite is the chicken meatballs, which have some chicken cartilage mixed in with the chicken, making them very tasty when you bite into them. Add Japanese sauce, it tastes great.
