Wan Chai Huaxiang Chicken is delicious

The signature Huaxiang chicken is first boiled, then marinated in a proprietary marinade for more than 45 minutes to allow it to absorb the flavor and color. The taste is richer than poached chicken, with a strong aroma when you put it in your mouth. The chicken is tender and elastic, and the taste is particularly good. Tea-flavored chicken is also one of the signature dishes. It is first boiled in brine and then smoked with oolong tea leaves mixed with brown sugar for an hour, giving it a rich aroma.
