Saturday and 🐗 came to Wanchai, saw their lunch price is quite cheap, went to try 🫶🫶 I ordered a 2-course set and a 3-course set. The most special thing is the 3 courses with a choice of 2 main courses 🫶 ordered 2 spaghetti and 1 meat respectively. For the appetizer I chose the soup, the mashed potato soup was rich, the portion was just right, with a slice of salty brioche more able to bring out the sweetness of the potatoes. 🐗Choose salad, there are different kinds of carrots, sour and quite appetizing. The chicken steak is fried until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. Several pastas are handmade in-house, with styles such as Strozzapreti, Tagliatelle and Chitarra, which are more special than the average restaurant👍 We chose the seaweed Chitarra and Parma Ham Strozzapreti. The texture of the pasta can be distinguished once you eat it. It is super bouncy, chewy and not tough. Strozzapreti is like screw powder, but thicker, very juicy, creamy and fragrant, and goes well with salty Parma ham. Sea Urchins Chitarra is fried in garlic oil, the sauce is light and not greasy, the thin Chitarra is more with fresh Hokkaido seaweed, the taste is more fresh 😋 very tasty 😋😋 Another main course was Pork Loin with Mashed Potato. The pork chop is cooked in slow-cooked form until 7 percent cooked and then pan-fried, still maintaining the juices and soft texture. Served with pickled red cabbage for more appetizing.
