Two other cocktails are also very special, including Pyroclast's Fruit, inspired by the classic cocktail Old Fashioned, made with three rums, cold-brewed Dieseldorff Microlots coffee beans, tobacco bitters and raw cane sugar; another favorite cocktail, the spicy Mai-Tai-flavored Paradise Lost, made with mezcal, Habanero Agave liqueur, ginger, galangal, ginseng agave nectar and fresh lime; the stirred Quinced contains Calvados quince liquor, cognac liqueur, dry sherry vermouth, apple nectar, brine, and quince brandy Rochelt Quince Eau de Vie; Clean & Dirty is a variation of the Dirty Martini, made with Belvedere vodka, Bollinger PN TX17 Champagne, dry vermouth, pickled champagne brine and bran pickled radish; Last Year Mirabelle is fresh and rich, made with 8 months of Sleeping Mirabelle distilled gin, white vermouth, Mirabelle plum liqueur, fresh lemon and egg white shaken together. Bartending Masterclass 🥃🍹At the same time, The Peninsula Hong Kong will also launch a series of 90-minute "Classic Cocktail" bartending masterclasses for four guests from May 1, 2023, teaching how to mix five classic cocktails. Guests can mix cocktails at home and learn about the history, equipment and techniques of each classic cocktail. Finally, they can taste the finished cocktails. This deep auburn whisky is presented in an elegant, handcrafted, mouth-blown, hot-cast glass decanter, supported by a unique bronze three-hand sculpture by Scottish sculptor Saskia Robinson, symbolizing that The Reach is a masterpiece created by the combined efforts of many people and a tribute to the perseverance of the master distiller who created this rare whisky.
