My favorite shooting spots in Hong Kong (address
Hong Kong is really great for shooting! It's also very suitable for citywalk~
The attractions and restaurants are relatively concentrated, basically accessible by subway and bus, and you can take a ride back at any time when you are tired
Sharing my shooting spots in Hong Kong where I walk 30,000 steps every day, it's really tiring but it's really beautiful🔻

It's not that I can't afford to go to the UK, but that spending Christmas in Hong Kong is more cost-effective
After a few years, I came back to Hong Kong, just in time for Christmas in Hong Kong.🎄
I have to say, the Christmas atmosphere in Hong Kong is really strong!!
Compared to spending Christmas in Europe, Christmas in Hong Kong is the best!
Especially on the edge of Victoria Harbour, there are tall Christmas trees of different styles
And romantic and colorful fireworks on the water🎆!
.
This time I came to Hong Kong specifically to visit a few popular Christmas spots in Hong Kong
Follow me to check in without getting lost!!
.
1️⃣K11 musea
The golden Christmas tree of Victoria Harbour, which has been dominating the screen recently, is here
Admire the unbeatable sea view of Victoria Harbour while watching this Dior golden Christmas tree shine
All the romance of Hong Kong can be captured here!
Recommended location: K11's 3rd floor【GREYHOUND cafe】store, where you can have a drink or meal
2️⃣West Kowloon Cultural District
The "Victoria Harbour Winter Fireworks" that started in December are here, don't go to the wrong place!
It is recommended to go in the evening, you can see the Christmas tree of Victoria Harbour at sunset, and wait for the fireworks show that starts at 8 o'clock!
There are fireworks on the water at 8 o'clock in the evening on December 9, 10, 16, 17, 23-26, lasting 10 minutes
3️⃣The Peninsula Hotel
No girl can escape Chanel's aesthetics!
This time the entire exterior wall of the Peninsula Hotel is hung with Chanel's giant chains and decorations
Very trendy and high-end! It looks good both day and night!
There is also a Christmas tree in the hotel that is worth checking in!
4️⃣Central Tai Kwun
A sunny square surrounded by tall buildings, the Christmas tree is very large and full of decorations
It is recommended to take pictures at the arch on the second floor, which is very artistic
5️⃣Garden Road Christmas Tree
Unlike the colorful Christmas trees in other places, the Christmas tree on Garden Road is white and glowing
It is recommended to go after the lights are on at night, it is really a super dreamy white glowing Christmas tree!
6️⃣Central Wellington Street
What's special is that there are stalls and shops selling Christmas decorations all along the slope
Walking on the street, it really feels like a Christmas town!

𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭 🍓 It consists of Hokkaido milk soft serve, fresh strawberries and macaron over classic strawberry sponge, simply irresistible 💯😋 The parfait is large enough to serve 3-4 people.😆 It is a refreshing dessert, perfect for a summer treat. The soft serve adds a creamy texture, while the fresh strawberries and sponge cake provide a sweet and fruity flavour. The macaron adds a nice crunch and a touch of elegance to the dish.🍓

The Chocolate Praline Mousse is the most impressive dessert.😍 It is both indulgent and satisfying. The chocolate flavour is intense and decadent, with a deep and complex taste. The praline adds a nutty and caramelized flavor that complements the chocolate perfectly, creating a harmonious and delicious taste. 🍫
🔹𝚂𝚊𝚟𝚘𝚛𝚢 𝚃𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚜 Mushroom Puff Green Olive Cake Salmon Cucumber Sandwich We think the mushroom puff is the most delicious item. The filling is a flavorful mixture of sautéed mushrooms, herbs, and spices, creating a rich and earthy taste which is both savory and slightly sweet.

Baroque style Hotel in Hongkong🤘🏿
When I was strolling around Tsim Tsa Tsui area in the evening my eyes just caught this beautiful colonial style hotel. And it turns out that this is the famous-luxury Peninsula Hotel😻😻
The Peninsula is designed in the Baroque style in 1928 and still remained beautiful until now. No doubt that this hotel is frequently featured in the TV series, superhero film (The Dark Knight) and many more. I really felt so happy that I could see this beautiful masterpiece of architecture 🥰😍

Dinner at The Peninsula Lobby
When you are with kids, when it comes to fine dining you’d choose somewhere more kids-friendly (also less stressful for the adults, sometimes too pricey places may make you feel the waiters are breathing down your neck). Peninsula Lobby is definitely a welcoming place for families with kids (as long as kids don’t scream lol).
The grownups ordered from the set menu, which is quite a good deal as it comes with superb fresh bread basket, a choice of delicately arranged appetizers, a satisfying main of meat or fish (a range of Western or Asian options. steak or seafood platter will cost more), a delightful dessert and a nice range of fine teas or coffee to choose from.
The little one was also pleased as she was presented with a nicely printed coloring book with Peninsula’s signature bear - then surprisingly found out it was also a kids menu, from which she chose a delicious macaroni with cheese.
With a not so expensive surcharge the grownups get to enjoy a glass of bubbly while listening to the live band playing from the balcony above - also another Peninsula lobby’s signature.
it was such a delightful evening!

Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade
We passed by the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade after taking ferry from the Hong Kong Island and surprisingly discovered the bears!
There are notice boards along the way for the bears event. Exhibition and presentation would be held for these arts. The bears displayed along the promenade are of different characteristics, appearance, outlook and style etc. The notice board they are holding are TV screens. If you are lucky, you can watch short films and advertisements on the screens holding by the lovely charming bears.
Do have a walk after lunch or dinner to enjoy the fresh air and visit these adorable bears along the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade before going home!

An Anniversary Worth Remembering
Address - 22 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
Ambiance/Facilities - amazing view, selected pool time that allowed privacy.
Highlights - upgraded room with an amazing sea view. very welcoming fruit and dessert platter. The wonder was a great range of in-room breakfast and late check-out at 3pm even with a 2-night stay.
Breakfast was amazing and can be selected from the night before on their digital tablet for in-room service for certain room types. We visited for both my birthday and our anniversary; staff were very kind and helpful. Dessert, champagne and flowers were arranged with kind words in a handwritten card ready prepared in our room upon arrival.
The bath tub in the suite with a sea view was great, I loved the thoughtfulness of how we could leave our room from the walk-in closet area after we’ve gotten change and another into the living room and guest toilet.

Afternoon Tea at The Peninsula Hong Kong
A couple of weeks ago, we had Afternoon Tea at The Peninsula in order to celebrate a wedding anniversary and an 18th Birthday.
It began with a starter of a Salmon Cone (can’t remember the actual name— but it was lovely!) and a choice of teas. We had Caramel Spiced Tea.
My platter was a vegetarian one. It included a cucumber sandwich, pumpkin & quinoa, a rice noodle roll and a beetroot-puree tart for the savoury selection.
The dessert selection included a fig cake-tart (a cake on top and a tart on the bottom), red berries cake, chocolate cake and passion fruit and mango cake.
The set also included two large scones with clotted cream, strawberry jam and marmalade.
This was my first experience with luxury dining! I would encourage you to come to The Peninsula to try out the Afternoon Tea. If not, you should at least visit The Peninsula— a historical Five-Star Hotel that has been around since 1928.

Peninsula HK: Stunning Views and Modern Design
The Room: Absolutely picturesque and unobstructed views in the room. It was very intelligently designed with extremely modern touches and electronic controls throughout the room. The furniture was incredibly tasteful although the toilet design seemed to be slightly dated. It was spacious and the bathroom sea view was also divine. #peninsula #hong Kong #staycation
The Food: Breakfast was good and the eggs Benedict was particularly tasty. However, it was certainly the service and attention to detail that stood out. There isn't much of a view in the breakfast restaurant but the ambiance is great. Gaddi's was surprisingly mediocre. The service and ambiance was great and the food was perfectly executed. However, the lunch menu was not particularly exciting. The service Spring Moon was very noteworthy and a notch above all the other restaurants. The food was great although, again, nothing too exciting but very well executed. The chicken, however, was slightly bland.

Wonderful birthday in Peninsula Hotel
I don’t really have any expectation on the birthday cake that prepared by the hotel as I haven’t tried a tasty birthday cake even I had been to 5* hotel before. I can say this cake (the first pic) is the most tasty birthday cake I have ever tried. Really make my partner feel more surprised and satisfied with the trip. #蛋糕

the Peninsula Hongkong
The Peninsula, Hong Kong is called the “Grand Dame of the Far East” for a reason. Built in 1920, it’s another iconic property with a wide range of unique guest experiences to choose from via the Peninsula Academy.
This is easily one of the best places to stay to stay in Hong Kong with a family because all ages are well taken care of. The kids’ programming is excellent as it ranges from pastry classes to picnics in green spaces (yes, Hong Kong does have them).

Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui 5 Christmas Photo Spots.
Although there is still a month until Christmas🔔, the Christmas🎅🏻 atmosphere in Hong Kong is already very strong.
📷Check-in at 5 Christmas installations in Tsim Sha Tsui, the locations are relatively concentrated.
P2—P3: iSQUARE, a large snowman☃️ at the entrance, very close after exiting the subway station, a 2-minute walk.
P4—P8: The Peninsula Hotel, CHANEL installation full of high-end feeling, looks better during the day than at night, a 4-minute walk.
P9—P13: K11 MUSEA, a glittering Dior Christmas tree🎄 at the entrance, looks better when the lights are on at night, it's very windy here, a 6-minute walk.
P14—P16: Harbour City, this year's Christmas installations are more dopamine and cartoon style, children will like it more, an 11-minute walk along the seaside.
P17—P18: 1881 Heritage Hotel, a retro palace-style flower house, also looks better when the lights are on at night, a 3-minute walk.

Helicopter Tour of Hong Kong | Experience a Different Perspective
Experience a different perspective. Take to the skies over Hong Kong with us! Follow the blogger as we board the helicopter at The Peninsula Hotel and capture the magnificent views of Hong Kong from above.
From high above, the beauty of islands such as Lamma Island is within sight, making it hard to leave. Although helicopters are a type of rotorcraft, they still have a relatively high safety factor. Before takeoff, we put on noise-cancelling headphones, life jackets, and fastened our seat belts, while headsets facilitated communication inside the cabin. This flight experience was very good, flying far and steady for 18 minutes.
After completing our aerial journey, we began to enjoy British-style afternoon tea, savoring the good times. Thanks to the company's meticulous planning, our team's slogan has also been refreshed: "Take off from here".
No matter how the environment changes, as long as we focus on our goals and direction, we can see further into the distance. This helicopter tour experience was even better, with the added preparation area, seat selection process, and Mandarin safety briefing making it all the more considerate.
Come to the comment section and share your thoughts on the helicopter tour of Hong Kong! If you also like this unique perspective of Hong Kong, don't forget to hit like to show your support.

Hong Kong Outing with Kids | A Day Trip for Families in Tsim Sha Tsui and Central
Taking the kids to Hong Kong for the first time, we chose the area around Tsim Sha Tsui and Central, one of Hong Kong's landmarks. We saw the Disney exhibition, rode the Star Ferry, ate at Kau Kee Beef Brisket, browsed the Harry Potter shop, sat on the Ferris wheel, and tasted the Regal ice cream. It was a full day trip back and forth from Shenzhen.
⛳️Route:
Shenzhen Futian Port - Tsim Sha Tsui - The Peninsula Hong Kong (walked by, there's an antique luxury car at the entrance) - 1881 (passed by, there are installations) - Harbour City (Disney's 100th Anniversary Exhibition) - Star Ferry to Central - Kau Kee Beef Brisket (lunch) - Central Market (Harry Potter themed store) - Ferris wheel - Star Ferry back to Tsim Sha Tsui - Avenue of Stars - MTR back to Shenzhen
🚆Transportation:
MTR + Walking + Star Ferry
‼️During the summer vacation, there is a free travel policy for children aged 3-11 taking the MTR to and from Shenzhen.
👉【Money-Saving Travel Tips】Children's Octopus Card: Before entering the station, you need to tap the card 💳 on the machine in the MTR station service area to enjoy a free ride for that trip. You can ask the platform staff for the machine's location. Remember to tap the card before returning to enjoy the free ride. This event lasts until August 31st.
👉The Children's Octopus Card can be purchased at the MTR platform 🚇 service points, with a deposit of 50 HKD (❗️A deposit fee will be charged if the card is returned within three months or used less than five times; Octopus cards sold from vending machines apparently cannot be returned). When purchased for the first time, it includes 50 HKD and does not require additional top-up.
👉The Octopus Card can be used on the Star Ferry ⛴ and many convenience stores.
🎭Play:
🔸Harbour City's Disney 100th Anniversary Exhibition📸: Great for photos, the exhibition areas are quite scattered. Free 🆓, taking photos and strolling through the mall takes more than half a day. The exhibition lasts until September 3rd.
🔸Star Ferry🚢: If it's your first time in Hong Kong, it's definitely recommended as a mode of transportation. It offers a different perspective of Tsim Sha Tsui and Central, and it's a novel experience for kids.
🔸Harry Potter themed store🧙♂️: Located on the first floor of Central Market, it's not very large, but there are many scenes for Harry Potter fans to take photos 📸, and there's a lot of merchandise to browse, some of which are not available in mainland China.
🔸Ferris wheel🎡: Adult ticket is 20 HKD, children aged 3-11/seniors etc. are 10 HKD, private cabin is 160 HKD (if you want to ride the carousel 🎠, you can buy tickets together, 20/person). The Ferris wheel takes 8 people per cabin. It rotates 3 times in the air, about 20 minutes, with air conditioning inside. If you're sharing a cabin, it's recommended to choose seats near the cabin entrance for a better view of Victoria Harbour when taking photos 📷. There's an ice cream cart at the bottom of the Ferris wheel, and kids will probably like the Regal ice cream 🍦.
🔸Avenue of Stars: Great for taking photos and strolling. If you have the energy, you can stay until after sunset to see the night view of Victoria Harbour 🌃, which is more comfortable at night.
🍴Eat
Since we were going to Central Market, we had lunch at the nearby old restaurant 🍽 Kau Kee Beef Brisket. The taste is indeed good, but it's also very crowded, and you need to queue up during meal times. Dining is at shared tables, and bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. The minimum spend per person is 65 HKD.

Many small eateries only accept cash and do not take 1000 HKD notes.
Air conditioning in Hong Kong's subway and malls can be quite strong, so it's best to bring a light jacket.
Be sure to wear a pair of comfortable walking shoes.

Five-Star Hotel Peninsula Hong Kong Spring Moon
On my first trip to Hong Kong, I visited Spring Moon at the Peninsula Hong Kong.
Since we had our wedding at the Peninsula Tokyo, I definitely wanted to visit when I was in Hong Kong.
At Spring Moon, I was able to taste authentic Cantonese cuisine.
The bird's nest soup has a complex and delicate flavor, and it's a dish I would recommend trying at least once.
The roast Peking duck is completely different from what you eat in Japan, and you'll think, 'Ah! This is the real roast duck from the source!'
The course meal enjoyed while sipping tea recommended by the tea master at Spring Moon was the ultimate bliss.
The famous XO chili sauce can be purchased only at the restaurant, where it's packed in the kitchen for those who have dined!
I highly recommend it, so be sure to make a reservation when you travel to Hong Kong.

The Peninsula Hong Kong: Withstanding a century of trials and tribulations, it is one of the world's oldest luxury hotels
I am a sea-viewing and wave-listening tour + global traveler, please follow me!
(Published the 1630th travel shot in 56 countries/regions in 5 continents and 1004 cities)
The Peninsula Hotels is the oldest existing hotel in Hong Kong. It is also one of the most luxurious and famous hotels in Hong Kong and even the world. The Peninsula Hong Kong once ranked first in the world's top ten hotel selections.
The Peninsula Hotel opened in 1928, known as the 'Far East Lady', was the most advanced and luxurious hotel in Asia at that time. Its opening made Tsim Sha Tsui surpass the Bund in Shanghai for a time, becoming a place where Asian celebrities gathered and indulged in dreams.
The Peninsula Hotel faces Victoria Harbour, with a beautiful view. It is indeed the most luxurious hotel built during the British Empire period. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms in the Peninsula are not crowded. In particular, its smart home system is the simplest and most useful system I have ever used in luxury hotels. All controls are in one tablet, with one placed on each side of the bed. Air conditioning, lighting, curtains, service, delivery, etc. are all integrated in it, which is much more useful than the new hotels now.
The afternoon tea at the Peninsula Hotel is very famous, and often visited by celebrities. If you're lucky, you might run into them!

Dreamy birthday dinner at Peninsula HK
As one of the most historical hotels in HK, the Peninsula is located right by the Victoria Harbour, where you can enjoy an amazing dinner with the symbolic HK skyline night view.
Their restaurant Felix is on the top floor of the hotel. The beautiful view invites you to relax with a glass of wine and pamper yourself with delicious and creative dishes.
It’s best to visit on a weekday so it’s more quiet.
