I went to the Causeway Bay branch before the pandemic, and this time I finally had the chance to go to the Tsim Sha Tsui branch! The design is dominated by gold and green, which is full of style and elegance. The seats are spacious and comfortable, and there are hooks next to the table. The semi-open kitchen design allows diners to eat with peace of mind! Fresh Black Truffle Parma Ham with Asparagus and Hot Spring Egg Salad $98 ~ The black truffle has a rich aroma, the salty ham and fresh asparagus have a rich taste, and the soft and glutinous hot spring egg perfectly balances the whole dish, with rich flavors and layers. Grilled Australian Pork Chop with Lemongrass and Mustard Seed Cream Sauce $288 ~ The lemongrass and mustard seed cream sauce tastes very special, the pork is very tender and has no smell at all, the color and taste of the whole dish are very well matched! Pan-fried Hokkaido scallops, lobster sauce and linguine with salmon roe $218 ~ This is the dish I look forward to the most. The linguine is just the right amount of soft and firm, paired with fresh and refreshing scallops, the salty fragrance of salmon roe, and the sweetness of lobster sauce.
