2 Soon Cafe Address: G/F, 324 North Oystercatcher Street, Prince Edward (2 minutes walk from Prince Edward Station Exit A) =====staple food==== ⚜️ Red wine braised beef cheeks with smooth cream mashed potatoes $178 The meat of the beef cheek is tender and tastes fresh and sweet. The mashed potatoes have a very rich creamy flavor, coupled with the rich beef gravy, the flavor is very rich. The plate was cleaned very clean by us, with almost no mashed potatoes or gravy left. ⚜️Crab vodka spicy tomato cream macaroni $158 There is a lot of crab meat, and it is very fresh and sweet. The seasoning sauce was amazing. The vodka and cream sauce taste like lobster sauce, but with a richer layering of flavor. ====Snacks==== ⚜️ Smoked Salmon Tomato Avocado Salad $78 The avocado sauce tastes fresh and sweet, and paired with smoked salmon, it tastes special. ⚜️ Black Truffle Fries $68 The French fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only drawback was that the black truffle sauce was served separately. ====Drinks==== ⚜️Matcha Dirty $65 Generally Dirty is espresso poured on top of milk. This "Matcha Dirty" uses matcha instead of espresso, which is very special. Although my personal taste still prefers the traditional Dirty, this cup of matcha Dirty looks beautiful, very IG-able, and worth a try. ⚜️ Three alcoholic beverages (including Sour whisker $118, White lady $128, Martini $138) My friends and I are not particularly good at drinking. However, these three cocktails look beautiful, easy to enter, very suitable for light tasting.
