Louise, the two star Michelin restaurant in the Center of Hong Kong , provides the best of the French cuisine and a great wine selection. Fine dining style, with luxury food of very hight quality. The caviar cold spaghetti and the cheese selection were incredibly delicious, but it’s something that you can find in other places too, What very blowed my mind it was the Chicken 😍. I never ever tried such a tasty and perfect cooked chicken , I would give you one more star only for this dish !
