This is an art center revitalized from an old arsenal, located opposite the lobby of the Conrad Admiralty Hotel. The Arsenal is a fusion of old and new buildings. In addition to retaining and restoring old monuments, it also adds simple modern-style buildings. It is built on a mountain and surrounded by green trees, which is like a back garden in a busy city. Moreover, the art museum, which was revitalized from the old arsenal, has different exhibitions in each period.
