Located in the heart of downtown Shek Mun, it's quite busy during lunch. Specialty: Japanese Ramen Price per person: ~$80 Rating: 8/10 The tonkotsu broth ramen is highly recommended, so I ordered a special bowl to try. I also ordered a full-sized set meal, which came with a bowl of black curry beef rice and a drink. Every bite of the noodles was accompanied by the broth. The first bite was a rich tonkotsu flavor, the second was the pork meat, with its charcoal-grilled aroma and juicy texture.
