Lunch at Hugo’s at Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui

On my birthday, we went to Hugo’s at the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui located in K11 Art Mall for birthday lunch. The lunch here has a very good reputation, so although the price is not cheap, it is still very difficult to reserve a table. I successfully booked a table more than a month ago. Hugo’s environment and atmosphere are very nice. When making reservations, I made a note that the seat I wanted to sit in was spacious and comfortable as it was for a birthday celebration. We ordered their famous roasted beef ($625) and Boston lobster platter with puff pastry and grilled lobster ($625). Their bread, especially the butter rolls, are super delicious. My friend ordered Lobster Bisque soup for the starter, and I ordered the self-selected starter, where you can choose your favorite appetizer from Hugo’s famous Hors d’œuvre Trolley. The main dish, the beef ribs, lived up to its reputation, the meat was tender and smooth 😋 The lobster puff pastry box was full of mushrooms and lobster meat, and when you cut it open, the lobster bisque flowed out, which was super tempting 🤤🤤🤤It was my friend’s birthday on the same day, and the hotel was very thoughtful and prepared a small birthday dessert for her. #LocalTour #foodie #I'm so worried
