It is difficult to find a good food in HK ~~🥲 After a long journey to the hidden shop in University of Hong Kong Station. Finally lived up to expectations!!😍 CP value is very high!!! Lots of portions. Good taste. Really eat Japanese flavor!!! A relief of homesickness!!😎👍🏻 The restaurant is located in an alley.it is quite secluded.. I saw a Chinese lantern from a distance. I doubted whether this place eats Japanese ramen~ At the door saw the MENU was confirmed.went in!! The interior decoration of the restaurant is very Chinese style But it plays some old-fashioned Japanese music🎼 The kitchen is open. You can see the Japanese old master making noodles ~~😆 Very special experience 🥰🥰 There are not too many food choices. Simple and refined ~😆 You can choose pork bone/black garlic oil/shrimp miso for soup😌 There are wheat noodles/black pepper noodles/Special noodles at the base of the noodles 😉 Special noodles are different every day. Ask the shopkeeper🙈 We 2 people chose different soups.But unanimously chose wheat noodles ~ ~ So you can try the difference between the 2 soups!!🤣 💥Pork bone soup ramen 💥Black Garlic Oil Soup Ramen I personally prefer the pork bone soup ramen~🥰 Rich and fragrant. FEEL to be filled with ingredients!!!🤤 Black garlic oil soup exudes the fragrance of green garlic😄 The entrance is very fragrant garlic. But the taste will slowly seep the tartness out😳 OVERALL is rich and not turbid and not fatty!!! Very tasty🤤🤤 Although the noodles are not frozen noodles.Used room temperature But the taste and ability to hang the broth are very good ~ Every bite I eat D juice!! It's also a big portion.
