It's been over two years since I last traveled abroad. 🥲 Thankfully, Hong Kong still has plenty of restaurants offering a unique experience with cuisines from different countries. 🇫🇷🇮🇹🇦🇺 This place was recommended by a friend as a top-rated check-in spot with excellent food. 💓 🔻🔻🔻🔻🔻 ✨ French Beef Bone Onion Soup (+$98 with soup and appetizer)🇫🇷 The tender onions have a subtle sweetness, blending well with the beef bone-based broth. Paired with crispy bread, it's delicious! - ✨ French Baked Escargots with Herb and Potato Puree🇫🇷 The crispy skin of the baked escargots is encased in herb-infused mashed potatoes. I loved the smooth mashed potatoes beneath the escargots; the crispy, tender combination creates a rich and complex texture. 😆 - ✨ Slow-cooked American Black Angus Beef Tenderloin Homemade Potato Mille-feuille ($388) This was my most anticipated dish!! The slow-cooked beef was tender and crispy🥩, seared to a crispy exterior and tender on the inside. A bit more juiciness would have been even better~ The accompanying potato mille-feuille almost stole the show🥔. You can really feel the chef's dedication. The potato mille-feuille is presented like a mille-feuille~ and the vanilla cheese topping is superb💕 ✨ Galaxy Fantasy ($48) & Tropical Island ($48)🌌 Almost every table also had a special drink!! It was absolutely stunning. The ice was light blue, and the drinks were filled with colorful fruits and plants. It was both delicious and visually pleasing💐 I had the Pineapple and Grapefruit Honey. It was just the right amount of sweetness, a must-try in the summer☀️ ✨ Tiramisu ($88)🇮🇹 This tiramisu was a bonus🤍 Served on a wooden platter The little baby plant in the middle is so cute ⬆️. I also liked the filling; the cheese is rich and has a nice wine flavor.
