The finish is sweet and spicy, perfectly balancing the smoky flavors of the dish. ❤️ Appetizer: Poached lobster tail Spicy fig/90% chocolate sauce/nutmeg foam Paired with The Glenrothes whisky Maker’s Cut The aroma is resinous, candied peel and fresh oak, with a rich and spicy taste, and a creamy vanilla and orange peel feel. The finish is full of fruit, orange peel and a hint of nutmeg, highlighting the sweetness of the lobster. ❤️ Main course: Slow-cooked Iberian pork tenderloin Sea salt caramel tropical fruit celery puree/spiced sauce The Glenrothes 25-year-old whisky exudes the charming aroma of salted caramel, mango and coriander seeds, perfectly complementing the juicy Iberian pork tenderloin. ❤️ Dessert: Italian black tea mousse panna cotta Vanilla cream/chocolate Paired with The Glenrothes single barrel original #19961, distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2018, the whisky has the aroma of dark chocolate and black tea, and the long and sweet aftertaste is a perfect match with the dessert. 🥃The Glenrothes Single Cask #19961 is aged for over 20 years, the cask was entered into the cask on December 22, 1997 and bottled on February 25, 2019. Each barrel of wine is carefully sourced and cared for by the estate's coopers to ensure that the quality meets strict standards. This single barrel of original wine is made from American oak first-fill sherry barrels, which makes it even more precious.
