With its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the St John’s Cathedral, what is better than spending your afternoon at the airy, gold-accented Garden Lounge and enjoy their signature afternoon tea. Quintessential afternoon tea flavours received a stylish makeover adopting shapes from the architecture of Murray, combining food and art in a tea set. This visit was better than the other ones I had at garden lounge & popinjays a year ago. Their savouries and sweets had improved a lot after their modification, outstanding ones including abalone tart, serrano ham egg sandwich and pistachio blueberry tarts. Tea set was HKD $698 for two persons. Their wide selection of signature Jing Tea was highly recommended.
