Lee's Korean Restaurant

🏠Lee's @ Shop 2, G/F, Ria Commercial Building, 54-56 Hillwood Road, Tsim Sha Tsui The restaurant is located at the end of a forest road. Its light blue and gray exterior walls are quite eye-catching yet intimate. Korean MVs are playing on the TV in the restaurant. Being surrounded by Korean songs, it does feel like you are in a foreign place. 🥚Egg roll $128 The menu indicated that this egg roll was the BEST CHOICE and was priced at $128. I couldn’t help but wonder what the secret was in an egg that cost over a hundred dollars. The egg roll is filled with super cheese, and it has a drawstring effect when you pick it up (drawing is not enough to express how much cheese it has), and the topping is mustard and ketchup. Unfortunately, my friend and I both found it unpalatable. The egg was too thick and there was too much cheese. However, surprisingly, the egg and cheese did not have a strong flavor. Instead, the taste of tomato sauce was the most prominent. It was not an attractive taste at all. Besides, eating a piece that was about 2cm wide was already very greasy, and we ended up not being able to finish even half of it. 🍕Kimchi Pancake $128 The kimchi pancake was also disappointing. Except for the edge, which was fried to a crisp, about three-fifths of it was soggy. We felt like we had no idea what we were eating... 🥘Spicy noodles $58 The only thing about this meal that wasn't bad was the spicy noodles, but instant noodles generally speaking rarely taste bad. There was a fully cooked egg in the noodles (on top of the noodles), and a small dish of kimchi. I put it all in the noodles and ate it quickly. The meal cost $350, including $128 for egg rolls, $128 for kimchi pancakes, $58 for spicy noodles, $31 service charge and $5 tip. The dishes all use relatively cheap ingredients, and cost more than 300 yuan. If it tastes good, it is worth it, but the current taste is really shameful. I originally thought that spending $58 on instant noodles in a restaurant was the worst value, as even the egg in the noodles exuded a hea vibe. However, compared to the other two dishes, I found it the most comforting, at least it filled my stomach and wasn’t bad. #Lee's #Tsim Sha Tsui #Hong Kong #Food #Food Diary #Food Sharing #Food Recommendation #Bad Food #Hidden Danger #Korean Food #Kimchi #Life #hk #hkig #hongkong #foodie #foodiehk #hkfoodie #foodlover #foodblog #foodpic #food #gourmet #tsimshatsui #tst #kimchi #korean # blacklist
