Citadines Pearl Hoi An, a resort with a beautiful swimming pool in Hoi An

Citadines Pearl Hoi An Resort🏕 I booked this place just by looking at the pool! Before I went, I saw quite a few reviews saying it was unfriendlyㅠ But I think it was good that there were various auxiliary facilities and a free shuttle to Old Town As the reviews said, check-in was really slowㅠㅠ I ordered food to be delivered in the evening, but the front desk staff called to tell me to bring it, and I got quite angry because of the unfriendly tone of voice as if they were frustrated,, The facilities weren't that good and I was disappointed by the unfriendly staff, but I changed my mind after seeing the pool the next day...ㅎ It was a resort pool, but it was huge,, The landscaping was so pretty, and you can rent a life jacket if you need one!
