Explore beyond Hoi An on motorbike

If you have already had enough of Hoi An Old Town, why not rent a bicycle or motorbike to explore what is beyond Hoi An and see the real local life on display. We rented a motorbike from our hotel (comes with helmets and raincoat). The road is easy to ride and I love the freedom of escaping from all the tourist trail. Within minutes riding out, a completely different world awaits - in no time at all, you can be in the centre of the rice field, amongst the ducks, the birds. The contrast of openness in the space is so remarkable compared to just seeing the old town. Along the way, we explore this cafe “Lo Gach Cu” which is an old brick factory in the midst of the paddy field. The cafe has a “Farm to Table” concept and you can sit here, enjoying the purple rice dishes and admiring the scenery. #bucketlistreboot
