Highlights: [Inner Mongolia Museum] There are not many museums in China, so don't miss the Liao Dynasty painted wooden coffins, eagle-topped gold crown ornaments, silver wire mesh gold masks, and other gold treasures. If you like nature, the Natural History Museum next door is also worth a visit. [Great Mosque] A national treasure of Islam worth seeing. Note that it is closed from 12:00 to 15:00 for lunch. The yuanxiao (glutinous rice balls) next door cost CNY 10 per jin, and they are big and delicious. [Shaomai Street] On the east side of Dazhao Temple and the west side of Wuta Temple, any restaurant here is very delicious. [Wuta Temple] Vajra Throne Stupa, with five small pagodas on the square throne, representing the five Buddhas of the Vajra World. [Xiaocao Park Lantern Festival] Compared to the lantern festival at Xiaohei River, there are more types of lanterns here and more activities to enjoy. Many people come here to circle the pagoda in the morning. Join them for three circles and experience the local culture. [Guanyin Temple] A brand new temple. The old relics are on the left side of the entrance. The Thousand-Handed and Thousand-Eyed Guanyin is very impressive. [Wanbu Huayanjing Pagoda] Located in the Fengzhou Ancient City Museum, the pagoda is worth seeing many times. You can visit in the afternoon to experience the different beauty at sunset. [Baita Old Railway Station] Closes at 17:00, and no entry is allowed 30 minutes before closing. After getting off the bus, you need to walk two kilometers to reach the station. If you arrive late, you can take a photo through the gap in the door.
