The Xiafu Long House in Lianfeng Village, Heping, Guangdong

The Xiafu Long House was built around the 1960s. It is a typical Hakka square-shaped compound with three sections and two side halls, covering an area of about 400 square meters. The main gate is concave, with wooden frames and stone pillows. The second hall has a wooden screen. Small doors open to the left and right of the front door, and the beams of the compound are undecorated. In front of the gate, there is a rice field and a semi-circular Feng Shui pond, maintaining the traditional style.
