[Helsinki🇫🇮] A day touring some lesser known spots

There are a few places in Helsinki that are a little obscure but have a stylish atmosphere. If you have time, I recommend you check them out~ ① Kamome Diner (photos 1-3) Have you heard of the movie "Kamome Diner"? ? This is a place you should definitely visit after watching the movie. The diner that was the setting for the movie remains as it was!! You can enjoy Japanese food and cinnamon rolls in the exact same atmosphere as in the movie. It's like visiting Kamome Diner as an extra in the movie☺️ The menu was a mix of Japanese and Finnish styles. The rice balls were salmon and reindeer meat. It was a little pricey, but very delicious. It's a bit of a walk from the central station, about 24 minutes, but please go and check it out~ ② St. Johannes Church (photo 4) A stylish church located a 7-minute walk from Kamome Diner⛪️ It stands out in the city with its reddish brick exterior. There are not many people around, so you can relax on a bench! It's a perfect place to call it a hidden gem. Please go inside and enjoy the sacred atmosphere! ③Exploring the area around St. Johannes Church (photos 5 & 6) A stylish area just by walking. There are few famous spots in the south of Helsinki, but you can enjoy the calm atmosphere and the cityscape. Even the casual brick buildings and the daily lives of the local people look stylish😊 If you have a little time to spare, try walking to spots ① and ② and wandering around the town on the way there and back. There are also a few cafes and restaurants, so it's nice to stop by and relax! ④Hakaniemi Market Hall (photos 7-9) This is a market located northeast of Helsinki Central Station. This is also a hidden gem. It's a good distance from Central Station, about 8 minutes by tram or 23 minutes on foot. There is a market both inside and outside, so you can enjoy shopping. Inside, the first floor is a fresh food area, and the second floor is lined with souvenir and handmade shops, where you can buy some snacks and get souvenirs. There are so many things that interest you that you can stay for a long time 😉 Be sure to find your favorite souvenir!
