Kina'ole Grill Food Truck is a popular shrimp food truck located in the Kihei area of ​​central Maui. It's located within walking distance of Kamaole Beach Park I, so after buying shrimp, I headed to the beach and had it for dinner. I was torn between the standard garlic shrimp and the Cajun shrimp plate (USD19.5), but I decided to add two coconut shrimp to the Cajun shrimp plate (USD25 including tax and tip). The shrimp were so big that they popped in my mouth. Both the Cajun and coconut shrimp were delicious and very satisfying!
