The rooms are spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, and every detail exudes the warmth and comfort of home. The suite we stayed in had a large double spa bath and a separate shower, making it feel like a 5-star private spa. The fireplace in the room added a touch of warmth to the winter, making it feel very cozy. 🧹Soundproofing/cleanliness: The hotel does a great job of soundproofing and cleanliness. The rooms are very well soundproofed, so you can enjoy a quiet night's sleep. The cleanliness is impeccable, with professional cleaning staff carefully cleaning every day to ensure that every corner is clean and tidy. Although some reviews mention that the cleanliness could be improved, we did not find this to be the case and found the room to be very clean. 🏕Nearby attractions: There are many attractions around the hotel, making it ideal for travelers who like to explore nature. Lake Tennyson Campsite is within walking distance, where you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature. Hanmer Springs Animal Park is also only 5 km away, making it a great place for family trips. Whether you want to get close to nature or seek adventure, this place has something for you. 💗Other tips: Dining recommendations: The hotel's restaurant is worth a try, despite occasional minor flaws. The buffet breakfast is especially good, with a wide variety of options and beautiful views. If you prefer a quiet dining environment, you can also choose room service. In addition, nearby restaurants such as Braemar Lodge & Spa and Five Stags Hanmer Springs are also good choices. Relaxation: After a day of sightseeing, you can relax in the hotel's massage room and foot bath. The indoor and outdoor spa is a great place to relieve fatigue and relax. Attention to detail: Although the overall service of the hotel is excellent, there is still room for improvement. For example, the bathroom could be equipped with more suitable toiletries, and a small blanket could be added to the sofa. These small details would make the guest experience even better.
