The space is calm, refined, and beautifully designed—perfect for slowing down and enjoying the art of tea. We chose “Fujieda Kaori,” a Japanese green tea with a jasmine-like floral aroma. Its flavor was smooth and mellow, yet carried a pleasant touch of bitterness. The tea was served in three infusions, each brewed at different water temperatures to bring out unique notes in the leaves. Alongside the second and third cups, we were offered delicate traditional sweets to complement the evolving flavor. From the thoughtful service to the quiet atmosphere, every detail made this experience feel truly elegant.
